Anyways … I have been thinking about some things that I think Twitter should consider incorporating. The best way to get something out there is to write about it. So, I am going to share with you some of my ideas and I encourage you to post comments with your own ideas. Who knows, maybe Twitter will like one of them and get the process started!!

1. Option for all “@ replies” to be sent to you via sms whether following via mobile updates or not.

Example: Lets say I tweet something via sms …. Sammy who follows me reads my tweet and responds with an “@ reply”. If I don’t have Sammy set up as a mobile update then I won’t get her response until I either log in to my Twitter.com account or I open up my Twitter App on my phone and that just stinks! LOL

Resolution: Option for all “@ replies” to be sent to you via sms whether following via mobile updates or not. This means that even if I am not following Sammy via mobile updates I will still get her reply right away.

2. Ability to see who is following you just online or also via mobile updates.

Example: Jack is following me via mobile updates (meaning he gets every tweet I send out via sms). I would like to return the favor and follow him via mobile updates. (Produces quality convos).

Resolution: Just as Twitter has the “Mobile Updates” button next to each person you are following via your phone they could also add an icon showing you if that person is following you via mobile updates or just via Twitter.com.

Personally, Twitter is a Mobile Social Network so I think this would be a key idea!

3. Facebook connect just like Yahoo Mail.

Example: I have tons of friends on Facebook that I would love to connect with via Twitter however there is not integration between the two.

Resolution: Provide easy to use integration between Twitter and Facebook just like the integration between Twitter and Yahoo Mail.

Recently I tried importing all my Facebook friends into Yahoo mail from Yahoo’s website and then I went to Twitter and imported all my contacts from my Yahoo Mail to Twitter. It seemed to work HOWEVER … many of my friends and associates received way to many invites (like 7 per person). Craziness!! Would be so much easier to just incorporate and Twitter to Facebook connection.

Leadership Goal: To have a team who say NO to gifts, contacts & favours that have strings attached, & NO to borrowing!

Leadership Goal: Remember that the greatest heights of leadership wisdom are entirely inferior to the power of prayer!

Leadership Goal: To bring CLARITY, not confusion, DIRECTION where there is distraction & FOCUS when things are fogged!

Leadership Goal: FOR our focus, direction & purpose to be clearer to every person in a room, than it was when I walked in.

Leadership Goal: To be a leader who can admit mistakes, show vulnerability, be self-effacing, yet be quietly confident!
